Pursant to the bylaws of the Maryland Association of Home Inspectors (MAHI), all applicants for membership and membership classification are the same as those for the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI). All regular membership appliants must be in good standings with the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI).
Yearly dues for MAHI members are due on or before the 1st of June, (each year).
Please provide proof of membership to the National Association of Home Inspectors for Regular Membership. Associate Membership does not require NAHI membership.
Applying for membership to the Maryland Association of Home Inspector, the appliant agrees to abide by the National Association of Home Inspectors’ Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics, and enclose the amount of $95.00 for the first year, thereafter $75.00, provided membership of both associations are kept current and continuous.
Associate Membership, enclose the amount of $35.00, if you desire to be posted on our web site as an associate, additional $25.00 is required to cover additional cost. This is a one time additional fee, provided membership is kept current and continuous.
