Do you know the issues of doing Walk & Talks, e.g. contract, reporting, and much more? Do you know the new policies related to Walk & Talks that were just adopted by the Maryland licensing commission? Do you know that added restrictive regulations regarding Walk & Talks may be ahead?

There’s a lot to know about Walk & Talks that directly affects your business, today and going forward. This session will help you address these critical issues and provide an opportunity to give important feedback.

Some of the issues include: WHO can do a Walk & Talk in Maryland; what REGULATIONS apply to you (and not to others); what TERMINOLOGY you must (and must not) use; how your INSURANCE may (or may not) cover your Walk & Talk, and MUCH more.

For example, anyone – landscaper, painter, unlicensed or out-of-state – can perform a Walk & Talk; a Realtor recently said using a handyman was a great decision, his verbal report was helpful and he quickly fixed what needed repair. Out-of-state inspectors are emailing MAHI asking whether they can perform Walk & Talks in Maryland.
